Lots begin to close @ 7:00PM (CST) Monday, December 20th. Items end with a Soft Close of 2 minutes (bidding extends 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the last moments for that lot). We advise bidders to register early and put in max bids, which are kept secret from other bidders (Ebay Style Bidding). Waiting to register and bid until the end is risky as internet connections can cut out and you can miss out on your watched lots!! Online bidding requires Credit Card authorization for security. If you have trouble with this give us a call! Our auction software creator has beefed up their security due to creative scammers - if you don't get your info entered in perfectly without error during the CC authorization it will deny you. Again, please call us, we'll figure it out.
Mr. and Mrs. Solomon ran Tannenbaum Christmas Tree Farm for years, supplying many mid Missourians with beautiful trees, as well as the state capitol with it's annual tree. As they have retired and moved to Fayette, they will offer their farm equipment, antiques, and household goods at Online Public Auction.

*~Invoices will be sent to the email you registered to bid with and sent out immediatley after the close of the auction. If you do not have one the morning after the auction, check your junk mail or spam folders.
*~Payment Terms: Cash or Good Check, Master Card/DC/Visa (3%), Positive ID Required, Not Responsible For Accidents or Sold Items, Statements Auction Day Take Precedence over Ads. MO residents subject to state and local sales tax (unless you have a MO sales tax number)
*~Buyers wishing to have items shipped need to notify the auction company by phone or email (sold@imanauction.com). Shipping charges are a handling fee of $10 per package for items shipping in padded envelopes and USPS Flat Rate boxes OR $25 per package for larger items requiring custom packing, PLUS the actual cost of shipping. We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Shipping is not availabale for any large items, if you have a question about an item's size relative to shipping, just ask.

Purchases and settling of unpaid invoices may be done by credit card or check/cash. Please email (sold@imanuction.com) to arrange payment. We ask that you arrange payment within 48 hours of auction close. If you do not make arrangements (which is frowned upon!), we assume you wish us to charge your credit card the invoice amount and the 3% convenience fee.
