Auction Terms & Conditions Please read the terms below and understand that by registering and biddin g on this auction you are aware of the pickup dates, payment methods, and particular instructions given for certain lots on the auction.
*Pickup is on Monday & Tuesday January 16th & 17th from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM. (NO PICK UP ON SUNDAY 1/15/23)
*Invoices will be sent to the email you registered to bid with and sent out immediatley after the close of the auction. If you do not have one by Monday morning, please check your junk mail or spam folders.
*Guns are sold as is, with none being previously test fired by the company. Iman Auction Company will disclose any known defects of which it has been informed of, or noticed in the visual inspection and normal handling of the firearms.
*ATF paperwork (4473) and NICS background checks must be completed by the winning bidder whom is registered ONLY. Example - Don't send your wife to do your paperwork if she isn't the one doing the bidding!
*Gun buyers requiring shipping must provide a signed copy of an FFL license with which guns are to be shipped. Please note which address on the FFL is the business shipping address.
*All gun buyers are required to present a valid government issued photo ID with current address (if ID has old address, supplemental government issued supporting documents can be used, i.e. vehicle registration).
*All ammunition buyers are required to present a valid government issue photo ID to prove age (18 for long gun ammo & 21 for pistol ammo) at pick up or before shipment. Ammo buyers wishing to have ammo shipped, please provide a copy of the front and back of your ID via email to sold@imanauction.com.
Buyers wishing to have items shipped need to notify the auction company by phone or email at sold@imanauction.com. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping PLUS a handling fee of $10 per package for items shipping in padded envelopes and USPS flat rate boxes OR $25 per package for larger items requiring custom packing. We do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Shipping is not available for any large items, so if you have a question about an item's size relative to shipping, please ask before bidding. We do not ship internationally.

Purchases and settling of unpaid invoices may be done by credit or debit card or personal check or cash. Please call our office or email sold@imanauction.com to arrange payment ONLY if you are unable to pick up during the scheduled date and time. We ask that you arrange payment within 48 hours of auction close. If you do not make arrangements (which is frowned upon!), we assume you wish us to charge your credit card the invoice amount and the 3% convenience fee.
Payment Terms: Cash or Good Check, Master Card/Discover/Visa. Positive identification is required. Not responsible for accidents or sold items. Statements auction day take precedence over advertising.
PLEASE NOTE there is a 10% Buyers Premium on all online sales.

We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Note: Standard gun boxing & packaging will be $10 per gun, large packages could be up to $25. We will do our best once again to save you money if we can!
